A Little Information About Me!

I have been interested in computers for a long time now but I only started taking IT courses about three years ago. I now have a very good relationship with computers and I like to think that eventually I will able to make a living from dealing with computers and hopefully sorting out people's IT problems!

I'm presently studying IT and my current course is about to end. I recently became qualified as an MCP or Microsoft Certified Professional. Prior to this course I studied for the Network+ Certification and passed the exam successfully. Before the Network+ course I was studying for the A+ Certification and again, I passed the exam successfully and that gave me the designation A+ Certified IT Technician. So, that's the bulk of my IT qualifications to date and it's my intention to continue with my studies focusing on the MCSA or Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator next.

As I'm qualified as an IT Technician I'm potentially looking to slowly build up a customer base whereby I can fix and repair computers, diagnose problems and also offer the customer some basic tuition on how to maintain and keep a computer running smoothly. I would like to offer my services for free as I'm looking to gain real world experience in the field, this is good for you the customer and good for me in terms of building a record of experience. I do believe in the concept of word of mouth! I believe in offering a customer the best possible service and through customer satisfaction I seek to gain further referrals.
